  • I acknowledge that I am physically fit and mentally capable of performing the physical activity I have chosen to participate in. I assume all risk of injuries associated with participation in Aerial Pilates classes.

  • It is your responsibility to check with your doctor before beginning any fitness programme. 

  • Aerial Pilates is working at height and all safety standard practices are in place.

  • However you are doing so at your own risk. 

  • It’s your responsibility to listen and understand all instructions you are given. [Zoe Cornwall aka Jan-Zo Pilates] will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm. 

  • I hereby acknowledge it is my responsibility to communicate any physical and psychological concerns prior to the start of any class.
